The 1199SEIU National Benefit Fund is a self-administered, self-insured, non-profit, Taft-Hartley Welfare Trust Fund with an equal number of union and management trustees. The Fund is not an insurance company. It does not exist to make profits, but to provide comprehensive benefits to members of 1199SEIU collective bargaining units, along with their spouses and children. Contributions from employers, not union dues, pay the costs of providing benefits.

1199 is accepted by Riverdale Sports Physical Therapy a New York Physical Therapy Center, located in Riverdale, New York. We also gladly accept patients who have No-Fault and New York Workers Compensation Insurance.
